Van Schie steel bulkheads are extra strong constructed and versatile. For example, they can be used for an overpass at works and events or to distribute pressure from cranes and machinery. We have these bulkheads available in lengths of 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 meters. We can also provide strength calculations of the bulkheads for your specific situation.

The bulkheads are transported by road and on site they are placed by means of a truck-mounted crane or telescopic crane, depending on the situation. Handrails and flaps are also available, making the bulkheads even more applicable in more ways.

Flooding

Should you require a complicated structure, such as in the form of an overpass, we will be happy to provide you with advice or design. Bulkheads can be used to construct an overpass strong enough for truck traffic. The canopy can serve as an entrance, as well as bridging ditches and gullies.
